Prologue

In August the faire came to Goldshire and Grimbold's warlock and my priest decided to pay a short visit to see what all the hubbub was about!




I arrived first and took a look at the entrance area just south of Goldshire. The main barker welcomed all to the faire and gave his shpeal. I came across a fortune teller who promised me a prize if I let him do his magic. I let him read mine and did get a nifty prize. Another carny started yelling about more prizes to be won.
His booth allowed for ticket redemption for other trinkets. Just past him was a caged baby Kodo, just barely seen here behind the bars. The next vendor would take certain drops in return for tickets and prizes. Beside him was a woman boasting to be the 'strongest alive' and a few other carnival animals. Others sold exotic potions and such from far away lands.
From yet another I purchased some special reserve for Grim and myself for a toast later. A view from the back of the faire where they kept their stock. When Grim arrived we checked out the frogs being sold there too. Grim showed me one he had purchased earlier. We then both stood in front for a quick pic.
We then downed the potent reserve I had purchased and toasted the faire! And did a dance to celebrate! Once we parted, I noticed on my way to SW that the fortune I had won gave me extra spirit for a while! Yeeha!
