Prologue

There are many opportunities to transform a character in a number of ways in the game and one can also see huge size differences between enemies and chars when compared up close. Here is a collection of both.

In wetlands my hunter and her pet were turned into undead on the spot! Here is my druid as a bear merging with a pet turtle to simulate a new species :-P Here he tries it in normal form =) Egads! Look at the SIZE of that wildkin feather next to my mage o.O You don't notice how big the hyenas in Tanaris are until you get close enough to see the whites of their eyes (or bloodshot reds?) O.O
In Ashenvale a quest allows you to turn into a furbolg to fool another. Here's a close-up of my new mug =P In a party, we took time out for a pic. Then went to the quest giver and fooled him into thinking we were one of his kind. On a boat I met a teensie gnome who had just transformed himself using an elixir.
This seemed to start a trend as another mage did the same in battle. Yet another somehow made herself even smaller in Ironforge, mount and all O.O Not to be outdone, my Warlock did the same in Southshore. Here my worg pet dwarfs my now mini-me =D In Searing Gorge I met a Paladin who also shrunk himself and his mount. Egads, I'm bigger than his horse o.O
During a quest in STV, my hunter was cursed by a witchdoctor! Our guild-mate Niequi towers above me to the right. Same thing happened to an elf I was helping in Searing Gorge. In Uldaman even pets weren't safe after a battle with another caster. My mage got in on the act with our Guild group and shrunk Stalvan in Darkshire to give us a better chance to beat him... ... and defeat him we did! Whoohoo!
In Tanaris I used a quest elixir to turn into an undead skeleton. Here in Hinterlands I did so again, but a mage one-upped me and shrank her skinny self too! =P On the flip side of things, Fainan use a potion to make herself big'n'strong in Winterspring before we took on the Owlkin boss. My horde troll char did the same while fighting a centaur. Such a tiny lil 4 legged fellow ;-P
